At Naj Oleari Beauty, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
